How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and color, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account to track your orders and save your preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as payment through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact our customer care team immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which employs industry-leading security measures including SSL encryption and PCI compliance. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We offer Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) on all US orders. Delivery times begin from the ship date, not the order date. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history, or by visiting our Track Your Order page.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact our customer care team immediately if your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is free for US orders.
How do I start a return?
Log into your account and go to Order History, or contact our customer care team. Select the items you wish to return, print your prepaid return label, and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
For the fastest service, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired size. This ensures you get your new item quickly while inventory is available. You can also contact us for a direct exchange.

How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size charts for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size based on our size chart. Some styles may have specific fit notes (relaxed, fitted, oversized) which are noted in the product description.
What if the item doesn't fit?
