Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we ship the products and send you a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned after 10 days

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
